James' recruitment career started in 2001 and since then has been solely focused on placing interim managers into assignments across Finance, Change & Transformation. Between 2010 and 2021 he ran his own successful boutique consultancy and he joins us to help drive and grow Eutopia Search, with a particular emphasis on our interim offering.   James is passionate about people and relationships and prides himself upon the fact that some of his strongest client relationships today are ones that started out as candidate relationships more than 20 years ago! He has fulfilled assignments with a wide ranging demographic of clients both across the UK and internationally.   Outside of work James is a dad to his teenage son and 21 year old daughter and loves to scuba dive, play golf (when the weather is nice), eat out and visit as much of the world as he can.
